join McDowell Wellness Center. Also listed below are daily rates
and rates for non-member assessments. We offer special rates for
Ephraim McDowell Health Associates and other corporations. Please

Seniors who have a Health Rewards membership
get a 50% discount on enrollment fees and a 15% discount on optional
classes at McDowell Wellness Center.
Individuals who pre-pay for an annual membership
will receive a 10% discount.
Electronic funds transfer is required for
individuals who wish to pay membership fees on a monthly basis.
