We offer a variety of specialized programming other than our
regular land- and water-based fitness classes.
Safe Swim is a program for the local elementary
school systems to bring their kids to McDowell Wellness Center
so they can learn water safety while having fun.
Swimming Lessons - McDowell Wellness Center
offers swim lessons for individuals age 6 months to 100+ years.
Classes are taught by American Safety and Health Institute.
