Sarah Stone has added a Chair Yoga Class on Mondays at 12:15 pm
Janet Fluty is doing a demo Pilates Class at 10:15 am on Saturdays. This may become a regular scheduled class.
Janet has also added a HIIT & Spin on Tuesdays at 10:15 am. This class alternates sprints, runs, and jumps on the bike with HIIT-style exercise on the floor.
