The 2022 Get Moving Challenge is a free 6-week challenge to increase physical activity. The challenge is open to people of all ages and fitness levels. One may participate as an individual or on a team. The primary purpose of the team is to support and encourage each other.
This year we are focusing on health for body, mind and spirit and we will include a different theme each week that reflects this focus.
As in previous years, prizes, which are donated by community businesses, will be awarded each week in a drawing from among those who submit their minutes of exercise. Everyone who completes the challenge receives a free Get Moving t-shirt, thanks to local business sponsors.
This year we want to encourage as many people as possible to register online by clicking here.
You may also print the Get Moving registration form and return it to McDowell Wellness Center.
Get Moving packets with instructions, log and other information are available for download or can be picked up at McDowell Wellness Center
