Each of our personal trainers has at least 15 years of fitness experience. A personal trainer can help you reach your health and wellness goals including:
- Weight loss
- Increasing metabolism
- Body sculpting
- Sport-specific training
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Arthritis, low back pain, diabetes and other health issues
Requests for specific trainers will be honored with an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen by the first available trainer. Individuals age 12 to 15 must have a parent or guardian on the premises at the time services are provided. Personal training is not available for individuals under 12 years of age.
Individual visits (pre-paid):
- 30 minutes – $30
- 60 minutes – $50
- 12 visits – 30 minutes each – $210
- 24 visits – 30 minutes each – $408
- 12 visits – 60 minutes each – $420
- 24 visits – 60 minutes each – $816
Our trainers are:
Bryan has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. His focus is on strength and conditioning, weight loss, speed and agility, and core and balance training.
Ann is certified through AFAA group fitness, personal trainer, R.I.P.P.E.D., Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Power Flow, AMPD Resistance, Country Heat, CIZE LIVE, Zumba & Aqua Zumba. She does small group training and individual training.
Karla has a bachelor’s degree in health science with a fitness and wellness management concentration in special needs adaptation and sports. She is a TABATA instructor and Personal Trainer. Karla’s specialization is in special needs populations, seniors, and sport specific training for groups and/or individuals of any age. She has a strong background working with physical therapy and spine therapy patients as they are referred for phase III therapy (i.e. exercise/activity continued after clinical therapy treatments are completed.) She is highly trained in aquatics exercise and the benefits it offers.
Ann has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is a personal trainer with certification from The America Counsel on Exercise. She is passionate about whole body wellness. Specializing in weight loss, strengthening for activities of daily living in older adults, toning and building muscle, as well as, sharing the emotional benefits of exercise.
Mavis is certified through AFAA group fitness, Zumba, Insanity and R.I.P.P.E.D.
