Personal Training

Each of our personal trainers has at least 15 years of fitness experience. A personal trainer can help you reach your health and wellness goals including:

  • Weight loss
  • Increasing metabolism
  • Body sculpting
  • Sport-specific training
  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation
  • Arthritis, low back pain, diabetes and other health issues

Requests for specific trainers will be honored with an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen by the first available trainer. Individuals age 12 to 15 must have a parent or guardian on the premises at the time services are provided. Personal training is not available for individuals under 12 years of age.

Fees:

Individual visits (pre-paid):

  • 30 minutes – $25
  • 60 minutes – $40

Packages (pre-paid):

  • 12 visits – 30 minutes each – $195
  • 24 visits – 30 minutes each – $375
  • 12 visits – 60 minutes each – $375
  • 24 visits – 60 minutes each – $600

Bryan Lanham

Bryan has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. His focus is on strength and conditioning, weight loss, speed and agility, and core and balance training.

Ann Mosley

Ann is certified through AFAA group fitness, personal trainer, R.I.P.P.E.D., Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Power Flow, AMPD Resistance, Country Heat, CIZE LIVE, Zumba &  Aqua Zumba. She does small group training and individual training.

Karla Curtsinger

Karla has a bachelor’s degree in health science with a fitness and wellness management concentration in special needs adaptation and sports.  She specializes in special needs populations and seniors.

Matthew Tolbert

Matthew is an A.C.E Certified Fitness Professional. His focus is on body building, as well as the use of weight/resistance training in weight loss and cardiovascular health.
